This innovative, value-added concept will incorporate the worlds' first great tasting, low fat, lactose free mozzarella product and the world's first super premium, fat free, cholesterol free and lactose free soft serve and ice cream. All natural, Form�gg� low fat mozzarella melts, stretches, looks great (never translucent) and has less calories than whole milk mozzarella. It performs beautifully in any type pizza oven and is always consistent.
