ORLANDO, FLORIDA (May 12, 1997) -- Galaxy Foods today announced that it has started shipping product to a major national restaurant chain of approximately 700 units. Galaxy product will be used as an ingredient in one of the chain's signature items and usage is expected to be very significant. The Company expects to be shipping product to all distribution points in approximately two months at which time annualized sales of this product are expected to reach $6 million.
