Galaxy Foods "Pizza & Dessert That Doesn't Hurt" concept was successfully received at the National Restaurant Show ("NRA") at McCormick Place in Chicago May 17 - 21. Company associates sampled delicious pizza made with Galaxy's form�gg low fat mozzarella cheese and delectable cones filled with Galaxy's fat free, cholesterol free, lactose free, super premium form�gg soft serve to over 25,000 restaurant executives, operators and suppliers.
Form�gg low fat mozzarella cheese piqued much interest at the NRA with many restaurants requesting additional samples and information. It is the only low fat, lactose free cheese product that tastes just like full fat mozzarella and performs beautifully in any type pizza oven. The product is not only great tasting and low in fat, but it provides more cost stability and is microbiologically safer than full fat conventional mozzarella. Just as sales of no and low fat yogurt are far exceeding sales of full fat yogurt, Galaxy associates believe once the consumer tastes a pizza made with form�gg low fat mozzarella, they'll never eat full fat again. could not get enough. So many no fat ice cream and yogurt ice
cream products on the market today are gritty or icy.
