Galaxy Foods has signed an agreement with International Management, Inc. (IMG) whereby IMG has agreed to act as the Company's exclusive agent and representative in Japan for prospective licensing arrangements of Galaxy's proprietary technology.
IMG, a global leader in marketing and sports management with over 2,000 employees in 60 offices throughout 26 countries, was established in 1960 by Mark McCormack with Arnold Palmer as its first client.
