Makes 12 Sliders
12 vegetarian meat substitute meatballs
½ small jar diced roasted red peppers, drained, cut into ¾
squares
3 Veggie Slices American or Cheddar Flavor, quartered (or simply
substitute the Veggie Slices with your favorite Galaxy
product)
¼ head iceberg lettuce
8 whole wheat dinner rolls
Bake meatballs according to manufacturer’s directions.
When cooked, top each meatball with a piece of Veggie, and place back in the oven to melt.
Serve the sliders on whole wheat rolls garnished with iceberg lettuce pieces on top.
