4 slices bread - rye, whole wheat or multigrain
4 Veggie Slices Cheddar flavor - or any Veggie Slice flavor - or 1 cup of Veggie Cheddar Flavor Shreds (or simply substitute the Veggie Slices with your favorite Galaxy product)
Tomatoes (optional)
Minced green bell peppers (optional)
Vegetable cooking spray
Divide and place Veggie Slices evenly on bread slices, sprinkle with green pepper and lay a slice of tomato on one of every two bread slices. Build sandwiches. Lightly coat the non-stick cooking skillet with vegetable cooking spray and place on low heat. Add sandwiches. Brown and turn to brown other side (about 5 minutes per side). When melted, sandwich is done. If you have difficulty achieving desired melt, cover sandwich with a lid for a minute.
