6 vegan burger patties, cut into quarters
½ small jar diced roasted red peppers, drained, cut into ¾ squares
3 Vegan or Rice Vegan Slices American or Cheddar Flavor, quartered
¼ head iceberg lettuce
8 whole wheat dinner rolls
Bake vegan patty quarters according to manufacturer’s directions.
When cooked, top each patty wedge with a slice of Galaxy’s Vegan or Rice Vegan Slices and place back in the oven to melt.
Serve the sliders on whole wheat rolls garnished with iceberg lettuce pieces on top.
