Susan is a Certified Executive Chef with the American Culinary Federation. Susan is director/coordinator of the Veggie Culinary School

Tony's culinary knowledge ranges from many hats at Kent State University Foodservice to nutritional menu/dietary consultation at Walt Disney World.


Kulbir Sabharwal, Ph.D.

Kulbir has over 30 years experience in the research and development of plant based dairy alternatives

 


Steve Zeng, Ph.D.

Steve has conducted cheese making workshops and has worked closely with the FDA and state regulators

Veggie™ Culinary School-Consumer Classes
A comprehensive program which students learn the importance of nutrition and benefits of incorporating functional foods-soy based products into their diets. Classes are from 10am-2pm. Cost is $50 per class.

Veggie™ Culinary School for Dietitians
A more scientific and health professional oriented class, the Registered Dietitian/ Diet Technicians will learn about soy and other functional foods, create delicious entrees and view the Galaxy Nutritional Foods production plant in operation. Professionals will earn 3-6 C.E.U of professional education depending on depth/length of class. Classes are from 10am-1pm/10-4pm. Please call for interest in an evening class. The cost for the class is $40 for the 3 hour/$75-6 hour.

         Cost is $50
American Culinary Federation Nutrition Certification-40 hours Tue-Sat, June 26-30
         Cost is $400 (must attend all 5 classes)

Menu Insertion Program

Custom Veggie™ School Seminars on the Road
General Community/Food Service Operations/Brokers/Health Organizations
We can take the Veggieä Culinary School on the road and do education/demos on soy, functional foods, nutrition or your topic of choice emphasizing the health benefits and delicious taste of Galaxy Nutritional Foods products. All classes/seminars are dependent of chef availability. Purchasers are responsible for seminar fees, travel, and lodging expenses.
