Veggie Culinary School-Consumer
Classes
A comprehensive program which
students learn the importance of nutrition and benefits of incorporating functional
foods-soy based products into their diets. Classes are from 10am-2pm. Cost is
$50 per class.

Veggie Culinary School
for Dietitians
A more scientific and health
professional oriented class, the Registered Dietitian/ Diet Technicians will
learn about soy and other functional foods, create delicious entrees and view
the Galaxy Nutritional Foods production plant in operation. Professionals will earn 3-6
C.E.U of professional education depending on depth/length of class. Classes
are from 10am-1pm/10-4pm. Please call for interest in an evening class. The
cost for the class is $40 for the 3 hour/$75-6 hour.

We can take the Veggieä Culinary School on the road and do education/demos
on soy, functional foods, nutrition or your topic of choice emphasizing the
health benefits and delicious taste of Galaxy Nutritional Foods products. All classes/seminars
are dependent of chef availability. Purchasers are responsible for seminar fees,
travel, and lodging expenses.
