Survey Reveals Emotional Impact of
Food Allergy on Children

Food Allergy & Anaphylaxis Network (FAAN) and Galaxy Nutritional Foods Collaborate to Understand Effects of Food Allergy on Families

In August 2011, Galaxy Nutritional Foods and the Food Allergy & Anaphylaxis Network (FAAN) conducted a national survey of parents of children with food allergies to explore parent’s perspectives on the issue of food allergies in their families. A total of 1,046 parents of children with food allergies complete the survey. The video below highlights the key findings.
