Another exciting addition to our family of foodservice products is Lite Bakery � a bakery mix product group that is fat free, low fat or reduced fat, cholesterol free and lactose free. As a base, you can use either the fat free All-Star Bakery Mix or the new Key Lime Pie Mix and add any or all of the following to create a variety of delicious, healthy desserts.
