Veggie Pizza
1 - 12” fat free pre-baked pizza crust
2 oz. fresh mushrooms (sliced)
1 small onion (sliced)
1 clove of garlic (minced)
½ tsp. Seasoned salt
1 tsp. fresh oregano (chopped fine)
2 oz. marinara sauce
1 oz. Veggie® topping
1 med. Tomato (thin sliced)
1 - 8 oz pkg. Mozzarella Veggie® slices

Instructions: In a skillet, lightly saut� the mushrooms, onion, garlic, oregano and basil. Season with salt. Remove from heat. Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet. Spread the crust with marinara sauce then sprinkle with Veggie� topping. Next spread the saut�ed vegetables on the pizza, then cover the vegetables with the thinly sliced tomatoes. Last, cover the entire pizza with the mozzarella Veggie� Slices. Bake in a 350� oven for approximately 15 minutes or until the cheese melts.

Yield: 1 - 12� Pizza / 170 calories per 1/8 slices (3g fat)
