Veggie Wrap Sandwich
2 oz. Soyco Rice Butter Spread
1 - 8 oz. pkg. pepper jack Veggie® Slices
1 Red bell pepper (sliced)
4 - 10” flour tortilla shells
8 thin slices of fresh tomato
4 leaves of lettuce
season salt to taste

Instructions: Coat each tortilla shell with the Rice Butter. Place two slices of the pepper jack slices, two tomato slices, red bell pepper slices and one leaf of lettuce on each tortilla. Season to taste. Roll up each tortilla into a cylinder shape and secure with a toothpick
