• 8 oz. Vegan or Veggie Cream Cheese Alternative - Classic Plain
• 1 cup drained artichoke hearts
• 1 Tbsp vegan mayonnaise (Veganaise)
• 1 1/4 cups frozen chopped spinach - drained
• 1 tsp hot sauce (Tobasco)
• 1 Tbsp chopped garlic
• 1 tsp pepper
• 1/2 tsp salt (or more to taste)
• 1 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth. Place in container and chill for 2 hours. Serve with crackers or corn chips and enjoy!
