Happy 4th of July! The fireworks might be the main event, but our list of healthy dishes will have your party guests coming back for more!

We’re starting off with these vegan Cream Cheese Sandwich Rolls, we call them sandwich sushi! Packed with veggies and wrapped in whole wheat bread, this is a healthy kid-friendly snack perfect for the great outdoors.
