Ingredients
- 1 - 8 oz container of GOVeggie! Dairy Free Cream Cheese, Classic Plain
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 English cucumber, sliced thinly
- 5 hard boiled eggs, sliced
- 6 whole grain bagels, halved and toasted
Instructions
Combine cream cheese, dill and lemon in food processor
Divide and spread the cream cheese of each bagel half
Top each half with slices of tomato, cucumber and hard boiled egg
