Strawberry Cream Cheesecake Bites
Servings: 16 - 18 bites
Ingredients
Crust Ingredients:
- ¼ cup toasted pecans, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons non-dairy buttery spread
- 1/3 cup organic panko breadcrumbs
- 2 teaspoons organic evaporated cane sugar
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
Strawberry Cream Cheese Ingredients:
- 1 container GO Veggie! Dairy Free Strawberry Cream Cheese
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Dash sea salt
Instructions
Place pecans, buttery spread, breadcrumbs, sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla extract and sea salt in a mixing bowl and stir until uniform.
In a separate bowl, combine strawberry cream cheese, maple syrup, lemon juice and sea salt.
When serving, line up 16-18 spoons on a platter. Sprinkle about 1 teaspoon crust onto each spoon. Place strawberry cream cheese mixture in a piping bag and pipe about 1-2 teaspoons mixture onto each spoon in a swirl shape.
Top each spoon with additional crust.
