Galaxy Foods Company is a leading producer of healthy cheese and dairy-related products for the retail, foodservice and industrial markets. In 1972, Galaxy's founder and president, Angelo S. Morini, invented a new way to make cheese that would forever influence the way people think of cheese. This new cheese product was free from saturated fat, cholesterol and lactose - components that over time would impact the health of millions of Americans.
