Galaxy Nutritional Foods Looks Ahead
to Bright Future with New CEO Rick Antonelli
Galaxy Nutritional Foods, Inc., following the completion of its take-private by Mill Road Capital and Galaxy Partners last month, has formally welcomed its new CEO and President, Rick Antonelli. Antonelli brings more than 25 years of natural and organic industry expertise to the Galaxy team.

Antonelli has spent virtually his entire career in senior leadership roles at natural and organic companies. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of United Natural Foods, Inc. (NDQ:UNFI). Previously, Antonelli held a variety of leadership roles within UNFI and served on the organization’s Board of Directors, as well as on the boards of several private food companies in the natural and organic space.
