Ingredients
1 cup old fashioned oats
⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
⅓ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
⅓ cup almond meal
⅓ cup chopped cashews
⅓ cup plus one tablespoon GO VEGGIE Plain Vegan Cream Cheese
12 pitted dates
1½ tbsp maple
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in the food processor and pulse until well combined. Roll the dough into balls, working with approximately a tablespoon and a half of mixture at a time. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
